Stage IV – Contract Administration

Make recommendations for contractors to tender;

Negotiate with nominated services contractors;

Receive and evaluate tender results;

Joint inspection for the acceptance of the site;

Periodic site inspections to ensure work is carried out in compliance with the documents;

Implementation of any additional client instructions as work proceeds;

Cost assessment of any additional work or change orders;

Monthly report to client

Preparation and processing of Progress Certificates;

Quality control and preparation of defects lists;

Completion certificate and handover procedures;

Handover to client
